Meet the Team

Tomy Issa

Tomy earned his BSEE and MSEE from Oklahoma State University where he also completed courses in economics, accounting and marketing. He updated his training and earned a certificate in digital communications from MIT in 1995 and Kaizan Certification from EMC in 2005. 

Tomy was a member of Nortel's chip design team in the early 2000's and had joined Allied Telesis as VP Sales Americas.  After that, he served as Chief Solutions Architect for Danaher Communications Group. At Luxoft, he championed their Go-To-Market effort for their Advanced Technology Platform and Big Data Projects and he served as technology advisor for Luxoft M&A effort to build out their Telecom Sector

Jacob Issa

Jacob received a BA degree from Oklahoma State with emphasis on media and marketing in 2018.  

In his role as account manager, Jacob is responsible for business development and he represents ATCi in trade shows and in other customer-facing activities. In his spare time he is an avid soccer player and enjoys water sports on the beaches of North Carolina

Janice Young Issa

Janice (Jani) received her BS in Broadcasting from OSU. She built her experience in various roles in Radio and Television in the US and Canada. Jan's most recent role before she joined ATCi was as Operations Director in the financial services industry in Canada. She currently runs the ATCi operations and is a key interface with our suppliers and customers. She served as a member of the board of Directors at Ottawa Inner-city Ministries in the late 90's and she continues to be an active voice on behalf of those less fortunate

Our engagement model is custom tailored to fit your requirements and your budget. Based on our experience, it is more practical to begin with a Staff Augmentation project where we recruit or re-assign resources and we train and manage all HR aspects of these resources then, later once we prove our worth to you, then it may be beneficial to transition to the Managed Services model where we take on the responsibility for on-time and on-target delivery of your entire project or for sub-sets of the project
